Kailash Mansarovar 10 days For 12 to 70 Years old
The Chinese government sets the specific upper and lower age limits for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra trekking route. Minimum age is 12 years. The maximum age is 70 years. Similarly, all trekkers are required to send a medical certificate of fitness issued by a doctor experienced in high-altitude trekking and the physical demands of multi-day expeditions.

Age 60-70: Proceed with Medical Clearance
Possible with a doctor's fitness approval. Many makes it over the Kora at this point. Horse or porter is highly encouraged.
Over 70 or Under 12: Alternative Darshan Option
